hi guys 'n gals! long time nv update le! eh.. hehe.. i think i've been saying that until i almost don feel paisei liao.. but aiya~ wud to do~ u have a life, and i have mine, too. blogging is impt, but without a life worth blogging, what is there to blog about?

been busy.. i realised work begins to feel like a chore when the passion is no longer there. and.. being humans as i am (and you, too), we tend to lose focus and we under-perform when we feel lost. and this is exactly what has been happening to me ever since i started shift work..

but nvm! im now a fresh new man! in a new yr! cos im officially back to normal hours in Feb.. im not sure how life's gonna be after feb, but thats for me to worry in time to come, and for you nosey-parkers to find out! :P

been tired.. discipline is important when it comes to taking care of yourself, much more impt since, if you got someone else more impt to take care of, too. i cannot fall sick, both physically and mentally. and that leads me to my new year resolution for 2008 (other than to "HUAT ARH!"):

to have the discipline to love myself and treat myself better, so that i can continue to perform, and in turn love and better care for those who is around me. because all of you, and i mean A-L-L, mean so much, so much, to me. really. :)
