Tuesday, January 22, 2008 reminiscence..reminiscence.. sweet as candy. =)suddenly recalled how someone told me how they'd hate losing a jovial fren like me. dunno why.. but am i? i tot i was just playing hard, and working just as hard, if not harder. met up with my 1st love today. i realised that she has changed t-r-e-m-e-n-d-o-u-s-l-y. for the better, that is. i think i stepped on her fragile toes by accident today.. twice i think? was so surprised she did not kill nor castrate me for it. prolly a few years ago, i wouldn't even live to blog bout it! she passed me a bag of candies in clear plastic bag today. 1st thought when i saw the gift (only): ew. must be some post-xmas stuff, courtesy of 2007. then i saw her face. her eyes. and a wide grin, almost that of an innocent kid. "nah! just tot i could share something with u. hope u'd like it!" and almost instantly, the clear plastic bag weighed and felt like a bag of gems or gold coins. "thanks" =) how sweet! had lunch. if there's one thing she did not change, would be her eating habits. i'd nv forget this. sigh. if only we had been more sensible back then. less playful, with a more-common expectation and goal.. there might just be a further addition to the world's count of xiaofuqi. sigh.. oopx? =x leaving that behind without regrets. does anyone enjoy playing beach volleyball? sudden urge to be part of the sun, sand, beach and fun at siloso beach.. but heard its been shut? when are we going back there again.. if ever be? |
