Saturday, July 07, 2007 JT againdunno why, but somehow, ppl simply like treating me to food, or at least have a meal with me..yoj managed to hook me up with dinner @ PS for fixing her boss' PC. that was at Ichiban. i thought they were good until the experience at PS. why? 1. lousy food. the tofu + dunno-simi-wako yoj ordered is soo oily! 2. waiting time. not very long la, just nice to doze u off.. zzzzz 3. service. how to eat without utensils? not that im picky, but i totally agree with ppl who commented that Singapore's service standard really need to buck up. who cares if u like the customer or not. so long ur in the service industry, u gotta make make customer satisfaction a priority. cos customer service is a profession too! alot ppl dont think so but heck, i do. JT insisted on meeting me after dinner despite me telling him that its gonna be late. why'd i even agree to meeting him in the 1st place? din the previous incident leave me with a bad impression of him? well, it did. in fact, i was kinda reluctant to stay back for him. cos i expected him to do some selling. good thing i did, else i'd be so turned-off. somemore it was hard-selling it was. trying to sell me something which i had and don see even any future need for it at all. i, as a fren, did my part to advise. whether or not he heed it, is no longer my concern. he's just been down-graded from a fren to an acquaintace =] gotta admit i was rude when he was performing his sales script on me. sorry, but u did not even mnaged to impress me. and whats more, i simply cannot picture u staying on long in this. |
