Tuesday, July 24, 2007 get well soonfunny why everytime when im sick, its the same ol' syndromes?flu, cold, cough and dry throat leading to a sore one. sigh. every occupation's got its unique hazardz. im lucky mine's not that costly nor deadly. uh.. throat cancer, anyone? :S left office with a couple hrs left to the crazy peak period. spent time on with my trusted lappie on the bus with an oozing nose and extra-dry i think i spent more time waiting for my turn in the clinic than consultation, which lasted no more than.. a minute? ok, mayb 2. doc seems to be on steroids; spoke so fast even for me! and i thought i was already fast. MC for the remaining half of the day. little good that does huh, with hours left before the end of 24th Jul. actually had harboured the thought of staying home the next day, but the very thought of my colleagues sloggin it out in office.. "一天就够了” =] -----> *forced smile* the weather took on a welcome change when i reached home. anyone'd love such weather -- cool yet not cold. sunny yet not hot. airy yet not dry/humid. anyone knows which country im describing? the only thing's keeping me in Sillypore's my family 'n friends. betch u cant find 'em anywhere else in the world already =) until they leave me for the Other World, i'll juz stay and be just another urbanite in money-faced Sillypore. get well soon.. literally. =) |
