Anyway, im sure I did my part being polite by not voicing it out infront of ur fren. Cos I know it’ll land in u an awkward position if I do. Guess that’s the most I could’ve done for you and your fren there and then, yea? =]

I was totally bushed after all the walking and window-shopping @ AMKHub. I apologise if I did appear to be indifferent towards the end of the day when being out with you guys. I was trying to be on the safe side, u see. i have a bad tendency to be voicing out unprocessed thoughts, and that had hurt frens and loved one unnecessarily.

I slept thru the ride from AMK to bugis, where I was supposed to be changing ride for home but.. hehe.. got an sms from XZ saying that the boys are playing tonight. Who can turn down a good game on a Friday night? whats more I even missed the bugis stop.. had to walk backwards.. but who cares? Anything for a good weekend game! :D

肥肥is a unique fren I’d always keep for life. He’s neither your goody-good boy, nor your clubbing cum kopitiam pai kia. A unique mix.. uniquely him. No one else I met so far came close and that’s what makes him a special friend.

Anyways, we had supper afterwards opposite his office. Food here is NOT BAD. Not bad only la. Hehehe.. Well.. what kinda standard can u expect from a place opened by malays in a Chinese coffeeshop, somemore everywhere is cheena-man serving u? poor service thx. Variety was good though.. whatever u can expect in such a place, they got it. And more. Think we can try out the malay western the next time we get-together? =]

Guess what? We both agreed to have dinner even though we both were not hungry!! Ordered a lot of lupsup snacks.. he got a really bad cough and got himself marshed potatoes, which I must say its nt bad considered for a place like this. Then.. that malay actually gave us the wrong order!! Ordered coleslaw but he gave us a basket of fries instead.. nt bad, though overly fried. Bad for health, u know? We left more than half the basket untouched. So u should know how much that is for $2 huh..

We talked and chatted like we never met for 10 yrs.. actually not that long la, just a couple weeks I guess? Many things I found out from him.. many things he understood from me.. time together was short but thoroughly enjoyable.

Cos true friends need not see each other everyday, and of cos, absence makes the heart grow fonder :)
