encounter

sh!@t! 9.15am and im still on bed?! aww.. why did they have to make the game so early on a sat mornin!? worse thing's my rackets are still with DJ.. *sigh* the trip to siglap and to hougang's gonna be long and expensive.. (>.<)

rushed into the sports hall after paying $15 to the cheeky yet creatif tehsi unker. our route began with an illegal u-turn when i told him to be creatif with his forte. heh.. sometimes old ppl do crazy things which only youngies do, which i think is juz simply awesome ;)

its a blessing they made cabs so readily available in SG, cos if u did ur calculus, u'd realise its rather mathematically-wise to take a cab, as compared to owing a car. monetary-wise, that u don have to pay min $500/mth for installments, no roadtax($800/annum), no carpark(~$100/mth), and not forgetting the simple fact that cars run on gasoline, not water. argh.

and of cos, the non-monetary ones: fancy getting stuck in mornin jams, cursin' and swearin' which, most likely will spoil any day, even special ones? or arriving at ur destination jus to find out there aint any lots to spare for ur ride? how bout trying to get out of that jack'ass meanie of a carpark which demands $0.80 more than the remaining balance of ur cashcard, in exchange for freedom, with no way to top-up the card in sight.

FYI, that happened to 肥肥 last night. and i was in the saga.

but if given a choice again, i'd still choose zesty lime sundae over watching 伟小宝 on chn8 last night playing poker :P

right, back to the morning game. its been ages since i last held your hand. i did not forget how it feels and even though i've been with something else all these while, u were constantly in my sub-consciousness.

my badminton racket lah. just exactly what were u thinking?? cos all these while i've been playing tennis mah! amazing how badminton-play still anchors nicely in my head ^^ and hairyball-play is totally different from feather-play, yea?

its always a refreshing experience meeting new faces. u learn about what others do, how they do and the rationale behind it. when u can accept the other for what he/she is, plus the ability to stand together on common ground, u have made a new friend :)

a quick glance on my Matrix time-teller tells me i'd be late for the workshop at 2. its not exactly what u'd call an eye-opener, cos most of what they preach's what im already practising. plus the familiar hint of commercial promotion =\ nonetheless, i learnt new things. Everyday i meet, or do new things, is an interesting learning experience ;)

guess who i met kenny on the way home?? lol KENNY!! with cindy! lol seems like they're doing pretty good now, with each occupying decent daytime jobs that pays a decent salary. good to know that! it was nice to see an old fren, esp when on the streets. there was a fair bit of catching up and we jus stood in the middle of nowhere for almost half an hr until we had to part. and oh! did i mention that kenny slimmed down? we really should catch up with them soon, right dudes?

wonder how it'd go if we really chanced upon each other on the streets? will it be like how i met kenny..? or will be just so natural.. naturally strangers, that anyone even noticed we knew each other back then..?

is this a worry, a prayer, fear, or ..? =|

anyway, dinner @ 6 was very much welcomed; it juz dawned upon me i did not had anything real ever since i woke up @ 9! and in-lieu of this, i over-ate. there goes the badminton game! (>.<)

performed housekeeping after dinner.. since like.. weeks ago? without fail, there's always this sense of satisfaction felt after using that cleaning cloth, new bedsheets, seeing that clean, tidied desktop and using that aroma diffuser. all these made staying home a joy until i got this call to hop over to ECP chalet. i was promised a night of fun and booze leh.. all ended up a hoax. had to fetch peepz home afterwards cos everyone was shagged watching 伟小宝, including me (>.<)

driving half-awake in the night always gave me a sense of deja vu. but still, i managed to reach home in one nice piece =]

happy sunday morning!
