Tuesday, June 19, 2007 fitness 1st!nah, not that im being crazy about being fit out of the blue. thats simply the name of the club i went with BL for a refreshing work out. i really need one after being cooped up the entire day in office..! (>.<)woke up late again today.. almost missed that ride tis morning! i think i should really start slping early. esp when im in this line, being alert, positive and pleasant is what really matters. so lets start the habit by trying to keep this entry short, okay?.. hehe "Motivation is what gets u started. Habit is what actually keeps u going." True, true. hmm... got really fooled by BL when she asked me what i think about this "stranger" with a cute bum from 1st sight.. LOL i spoke my mind and when she daringly walked up and talked to her.. was pleasantly surprised yet mildly shocked... turns out to be her friend lor. chey. well.. i must really admit she's kinda cute with a shapely bod to suit.. but just exactly what were u thinking when u keep telling me that she's looking for a boyfriend?? single doesn't always mean available, ya know? =] i think i might have a permanent shoulder semi-dislocation injury. i cant lift weights i used to without feeling the sharpness on the leftie. clocked 13.5mins for 2.4km walk-a-jog-a-run. d@mn. i really need to brush up liao..! speaking of brush up..  u folks shouldn't find this too foreign huh.. hehehe~ went for Rochor Beancurd afterwards. i never visited this place ths early.. and it was really crowded! the queue is constantly there. waited in line to order until i felt like spewing 三字经.. but of cos i didn't lah. im a gentleman, ok? and gentlemen don't spew "poems" unnecessarily mah! =X accident report @ Selegie..! quick guys ('n gals)! buy your 4-D for wed, sat and sun! 4955!! dua dua lat tum!! neng dua ba dee sway! :P :P :P *DISCLAIMER* boh tio don come looking for me ah! *DISCLAIMER* still cant find that DVD even at Gramophone. Anyone knows where i can get it..? looking forward to a memorable wednesday... |
