Tuesday, May 29, 2007 presents.. againstill thinkin of what to buy as presents.. birthday presents, Father's Day presents, regular gifts.. phO0o..! what a mission! *shakes head in disbelief*u guys ever heard of taboo-presents?? items like giving clock to the chinese, which literally means 送钟（送终, which means attending one's funeral in chinese）, giving shoes, which kinda symbolises sending the gift-recipient away for good.. there might be more which i dunno.. perhaps u can tag me on it? im not really one who's really into such beliefs. might it be coincidental, or not, but something really happened to me before, and that made me more, or less, wary bout such say-says. and as time passes, the awful truth gradually dawned upon me, just like sunrise on the horizon. .. that i've lost that person for good :] so dudes and dudettes! believe it or not, such things do exists, at least to a certain extend. practise due care when thinkin of what to buy for that precious someone in your mind. cos the plain fact that ur giving a 'lil something to that someone, already means that the person is too dear to risk losing agree? ;) |
