Tuesday, May 08, 2007 especially speciala day is special if u've made it to be.agree? *(chorus from the crowd) YEAH!* so, what constitutes a special day? a special day, is when there is happiness in the air. this means, even when u've been waitin for the bus for half an hr, u'd still smile at the driver uncle when u board. you know ur having a special day, when u've taken the bus in the wrong direction to work, with only half the usual time left and twice the distance to cover, u'd still flag down a cab happily and smile at the uncle, paying $15.30 20mins later without any 三字经. or, having spent almost half an hr solving that easy Sudoku puzzle labelled #2, yet not tear up the book in frustration. or even, having been stepped on the pair of shoes u've painstakingly shined for 2 hrs while watching tv by this xi ah neh, u'd wave it off, saying "its ok" + flashing a giga-watt smile like tis ^_____________^ actually im juz kiddin about these making a special day. but they did happen, 'cept for the last one about the shoes lah. cos i don see the need to shine my relatively new shoes yet :P a special day is knowing u've put many, many smiles on many, many people happy by a small thoughtful act, which, doesn't cost much monetarily, but worth its weight in gold. a special day is giving others pleasant surprises. i've made my day special. how about u? rembr, a special day need not be a special festival, occasion nor event. a special day needs no waiting. a special day need not be sexpensive. because u guys('n gals) made it special for me =) |
