Sunday, March 04, 2007 An thoughtful evening @ Intercontinental HotelAnother night spent @ 肥肥's house.. had an appt with Joelle, my 师姐 and someone i can trust when seeking true, neutral advice. actually wanted to talk to her for quite sometime already.. just that she always din manage to find the time for me until today. we talked for almost 3 friggin hrs.. gosh, amazing how much about life people can talk about. after that session, she made me realise alot of things about life which i used to have doubts about.met nash at 5pm @ bugis. well, as usual, there was waiting to be done. had a 'lil men's session about what steps im gonna take from now, having moving on from my previous career. it was a decision i never wanted to make, but i guess its for the better of all around me. i cant be so selfish, cant i? DnD was great.. exciting prizes, gorgeous ladies in tight-clad cheongsams, interesting costumes and of cos, not forgetting the good food served. was pretty hopeful about getting lucky with the draw, since my previous DnDs had a proven lucky track record. heh, went home slightly disappointed. witnessed most people whom i knew worked hard got their worth. of cos, this doesn't mean those who did not manage to get anything of monetary values, did not la. esp Joanna. saw how much energy she exhibited, how enthusiastic about life she is. i always respect people of her calibre, those who worked hard, played hard and feel hard. anyway, alls well that ends well. Gillian shared the $10k she won. well, she wont need that cash anyway. Timid Roger got a new laptop. its about time, anyway. esp when his previous laptop caused him more stress than convenience served. oh ya.. and pai kia Zhiyong got something from the lucky draw too. heh.. goes to show doing sai gung occasionally, whether u did it willingly or not, pays off handsomely :P oh ya, did i mention that the female MC screwed up bad? confirm plus chop, including 30-day money-back guarantee she's new in the trade. dunno she realise or not, she managed to say quite a few things which i find a turn-off, but i shan't start listing them. i dont get paid for this, anyway. feels kinda blue not being able to stay on. i was beginning to get the hang of things already..! sigh. i guess things happen for a reason. hopefully i'll manage to find where my passion truly belong in the week to come, and in the process, find true happiness and satisfaction from within. still not used to a quiet night without news from cindy dear. i pray hard to whichever's listening, that she is soundly asleep. blissfully, contentedly, happily. that's it! my 1st ever blog post *grinz* ^__^ towards a better future for all! |
